Amenities at Shell Bay will include a clubhouse with pool and sunning deck, yacht club facility, boat and boat trailer storage area, an observation tower, a child’s play/park area, grass amphitheater and community park areas by the water.
Planned common areas will include a large pool and clubhouse with conference area, yacht club meeting facility, observation tower, lake trail and bird watching conservation sanctuary, grass amphitheater, park and pavilion area including open areas for football, soccer, concerts, cook-outs, croquet, horseshoes and volley ball. Walking trails and golf cart access will be available throughout the property.
