Shell Bay of St. George

Shell Bay of St. George, known to some as Shell Bay Yacht Club, is a truly unique beach front retreat on St. George Sound, three miles from Carrabelle Florida’s 4,800' airstrip. Over twenty-four acres look south between Dog Island and St. George Island to the blue water of the Gulf of Mexico. The land extends from the beach to an elevation of approximately twenty feet above sea level.

Shell Bay has deep water access and will accommodate boats up to 40' in length at a planned multi-slip dock complete with individual boat lifts. A state-of-the-art concrete wall with observation piers and two sets of shoreline steps spans over 800 feet along the shore to protect the Shell Bay properties and its beach.

Shell Bay of St. George seeks a relaxed old Florida attitude based around area boating and fishing. Fly in, board your boat, head to the open sea and, in a half day trip, you’ll be back at the Shell Bay dock loading up your golf cart at your own slip on the dock with your “catch”.
